We ordered a fruit basket for our sick father and mother in law. We live in Florida and they live in Georgia, so we could only shop online and without knowledge of any local florist. I chose Martha Sheldon for ordering due to their good reviews and nice webpage. We saw a picture on their site of a beautiful fruit basket. We decided to buy it and have it delivered out to the country where our folks live. It arrived right on time and the folks were thrilled with it. They send pics of it back to us and it looked better than online. They said the fruit was good as well!! Thank you!!

Went there yesterday for flowers for my wifes birthday a day late due to being in hospital. Super friendly. The lady stopped what she was doing and put together a spectacular arrangement. I was OVERLY pleased and wife was estatic ! This is the way to do business. I even asked for a few more roses added in a diff color and was willing to pay. She said NO, price is the same !!!!!!!!!!

Ordered flowers online. Nice arrangement was sent, however it was not exactly what I had hoped for. Did a review expressing disappointment. Shortly, received call from Martha apologizing and offering to correct the situation and that she did! Should be noted that my disappointment probably stemmed from the emotionally difficult situation I was dealing with when the original arrangement was ordered; making the corrective action by Martha more outstanding!

I called late in the day and was sure I had missed the cutoff to send flowers for an early morning funeral. So I called MS directly instead of ordering online. To my pleasant surprise the woman answering the phone calmly said, we’ll take care of it. A beautiful arrangement was delivered that same day. I called at 4:55. Most florist close at 5:00. Wow!!! What excellent customer service! I called to order a specific type of basket for my son's birthday and received a wonderful high quality product. Andrea and the staff went above and beyond to deliver the basket in a timely manner and had to take extra steps to get the basket to the correct location. Martha Sheldon Flowers and Events was absolutely fantastic. The website was easy to navigate, giving both pictures and prices for each flower arrangement option. We were on a very limited time frame where flowers had to be ordered on a Sunday so as to be delivered on Monday morning, and though I worried about them arriving, Martha Sheldon Flowers not only had the arrangement delivered to the funeral on time, but also included a handwritten note of our condolences and emailed me to let me know they had be received. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them.

My experience with this florist was outstanding. We needed an arrangement for my husband's boss who lost hsi father. I called on a Sunday night and left a phone message as instructed. Then, I filled out an order form on line. After doing so, I was unsure any thing was actually confirmed and I was a bit concerned as I didn't want to disappoint my husband. Within a few minutes the phone rang, and it was the florist callingto say she had received my order and that the arragement would be at the funeral home in time for the service. I was very impressed with the return phone call. When I heard how beautiful the flowers were I was even more pleased. As you can tell, I give Martha Sheldon 5 stars!

The service I received from Martha Sheldon was great. I was not home when my delivery arrived. However, florist called me to check my arrival time home so that she could deliver the flowers safely into my hands. The floral vase was very beautiful though the floral arrangment seemed as if it needed more filler/greenery to make the arrangement look full.
